Habitat for Humanity of the Upper Keys located in Key Largo, Florida

Habitat for Humanity International is a Christian organization and welcomes volunteers from all faiths who are committed to Habitat's goal of eliminating poverty Housing. Homes are sold with no profit made. Homeowners contribute "Sweat Equity" and house payments are recycled to build additional homes.

Habitat for Humanity of the Upper Keys promotes home ownership with volunteers building houses in partnership with Upper Keys Area residents in need of adequate housing.

Habitat Work Days

Come out on an upcoming Saturday and lend a hand to your neighbors as they work to finish their new homes. If you have tools please bring them and meet at 8:45 am on the corner of Michele Drive and Sharon Place, where the Construction Manger will coordinate the jobs for the day. These homes are both almost complete, but need just a little more help, come join our two partner families finish these two truly affordable homes in the Heart of Key Largo.

Upon completion, the two partner families will receive 0% interest mortgages for these homes. This project was made possible by sponsorship from KLI Supplies and TIB Bank and onsite construction volunteers (neighbors, friends and relatives) from the Upper Keys.
